To make a reservation we require a deposit of £40 per room per night or the cost of the first nights stay on 2 nights or more.

Please make cheque payable to Mrs J Austin, or payment can be made via a PayPal invoice.

There is a processing fee of £1 in every £20 when paying by PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:  A confirmed booking constitutes a binding contract between the guest (or client) and Highland House B&B. Under the terms of our standard cancellation policy deposits are always non-refundable and will be deemed to constitute  part of any cancellation charge.

We may at our absolute discretion waive cancellation fees in whole or in part for any booked accommodation that is re-sold.

If no deposit is received Highland House will regard the booking as unconfirmed and therefore unsecured.

More important, we very much hope that you will not need to cancal! We recommend that our guests take out travel insurance to cover their obligations in the case of such an eventuality.
